Mentor Rhode Island
MENTOR Rhode Island coordinates school-based mentoring programs in Warwick & Woonsocket serving nearly 300 students.
We partner with Mentor Rhode Island by serving as Mentors for students in our local schools. Mentoring takes less than 1 hour a week, but has a huge impact on the life of a student.
Providence Rescue mission
The Providence Rescue Mission Serves the unhoused population of Rhode island. more than just a homeless shelter and soup kitchen, they preach the gospel of Jesus Christ while treating every individual that comes through their doors with dignity and respect.
more than just supporting them financially, there are opportunities to serve with them either one time or on an ongoing basis.
The Heart tree
The Heart tree supports and assists Spanish speaking foster, adoptive and kinship families with navigating the challenges of the foster and adoptive systems in Rhode Island.
We partner With the Heart tree by hosting classes and special events for these families. you can serve with the heart tree by volunteering at one of their events.
Hand Up Ministry
hand up Ministry is our community’s way to assist single parent families through a financial challenge. SouthPointe has established a fund for this purpose.
